Novel biotinylated acridinium derivatives: New reagents for fluorescence immunoassays and proteomics

The new streptavidin-based detection reagents were synthesized can be used for the development of highly sensitive solid-phase fluorescence-based immunoassays and may find important applications in proteomics.
