Identification of microRNAs from Plutella xylostella larvae associated with parasitization by Diadegma semiclausum

► 235 conserved and novel miRNAs were identified from Plutella xylostella larvae using deep sequencing. ► A number of miRNAs were identified to be differentially expressed following parasitization with Diadegma semiclausum. ► The differentially expressed miRNAs are presumed to be involved in immune pathways.
