Effect of phosphamidon on cognition and oxidative stress and its modulation by ascorbic acid and 4′-chlorodiazepam in rats

► Cognitive deficits induced by phosphamidon were reversed by 4CD and Vit C. ► 4CD and Vit C reversed the PM-induced oxidative stress. ► 4CD and Vit C protected alterations of SDL, TL, MDA, PC, GSH induced by PM.
