CyrA, a matricellular protein that modulates cell motility in Dictyostelium discoideum
چکیده انگلیسی
► CyrA is a true matricellular protein that regulates cell motility. ► CyrA localizes to the ER and is secreted into the extracellular matrix. ► CyrA binds CaM and both proteins localize in the ECM deposited by migrating slugs. ► Capping of CyrA shows the presence of a surface receptor that mediates signaling. ► CyrA coimmunoprecipitates with vinculin B providing a cytoskeletal link.
