Estimación del impacto de la vacunación antigripal con adyuvante MF59 en población mayor de 64 años para el Sistema Nacional de Salud: efectos y costes

The higher cost of adjuvanted vaccines compared to non-adjuvanted vaccines, is offset by the savings obtained with the decreasing number of cases and complications avoided. Extend to the entire population over 64 years the use of adjuvanted influenza vaccine, would be a significant savings for the health system.
