Vacunación antihepatitis A: ¿selectiva o universal?

Currently, hepatitis A endemia is low in Spain, with a high percentage of susceptible people and an elevated possibility of contact between susceptible and infected people. Therefore, selective vaccination is only a complementary measure in reducing hepatitis A endemia.
