Skin grafts in dermatology. Skin grafts are a useful technique for treating ulcers to stimulate epithelialisation, as well as to reduce local pain. We describe the techniques of pinch grafts which can be performed at the patient's bedside, as well as our experience of mesh grafts realized under local anaesthesia. We often use a compression system to optimise the taking of venous ulcer grafts, or sometimes hydrosurgical cleaning. Innovative techniques such as Cellutome® and Xpansion® facilitate grafting techniques for small and medium-sized wounds.
