Peculiarities of rheological behavior of highly concentrated water-in-oil emulsion: The role of droplet size, surfactant, oil and ammonium nitrate content

Two platforms were observed in the flow curve of HCE. The reason could be attributed to the deformation and movement of droplets under external force. This strong external force caused some unrecoverable effects on the structure of HCE. The recovery capacity of HCE underwent shear will be improved when the droplet size is small. However, the recovery capacity of HCE underwent oscillation was not affected by the droplet size.85
