Preparation of Fe3O4 nanoparticle enclosure hydroxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes for the determination of aconitines in human serum samples

► The material of Fe3O4-enlosure MWCNTs-OH was prepared with chemical co-precipitation method. ► The material synthesized was used as sorbents to extract aconitines from human serum samples. ► Results exhibited the developed method is feasible for analysis in complex matrix.
