In this study, the butyl methacrylate (BMA) monolithic column was proposed as a pretreatment functional part to integrate with microfluidic analytical system. The chemiluminescence (CL) of K3Fe(CN)6-NaOH-INH (isoniazid) was taken as the sample on the poly(methylmethacrylate) (PMMA) microchip for sample detection. Based on the optimum mixed ratios of chemiluminescence reagents, flow velocity of CL reagents, and washing eluents, the average enrichment of INH by BMA monolithic column reached 16.8, whereas the average recoveries were 84.2%. Making full use of the good extraction capacity of BMA monolith column, continuous operation of flow injection analysis, and high sensitivity of chemiluminescence detection, a new method for the detection of INH in plasma on the microchip was established. The INH in plasma could be directly pretreated and detected on the microchip with the methodology, and the detection limit was 0.2 mg l−1.
