Research Progress in Protein Film Voltammetry

Protein film voltammetry could be used to approximately study the electrochemical behavior of protein, including internal electron transfer, interfacial electron transfer, coupled proton transfer, enzyme kinetics, direct electrochemistry of enzyme and influences of exterior introduced substances, and so on. Its principle, method, application, existing problem, and prospect were summarized, and 49 references were cited.
