High throughput analysis of atmospheric volatile organic compounds by thermal injection - isothermal gas chromatography - time-of-flight mass spectrometry

► Thermal injection onto primary column using commercial thermal modulator. ► Preconcentrated gaseous analyte compounds up to 420-fold. ► Injected concentration limits of detection ranged from 4 ppbv to 67 ppbv. ► Achieved a total peak capacity of 114 peaks in 45 s GC separation.
