Supramolecularly linked linear polymers of thallium(I) dithiocarbamates: Steric influence on the supramolecular interactions of methyl and ethylcyclohexyl dithiocarbamates of thallium(I)

The non-bonded interactions between Tl and the sulphur of the next dimeric unit lead to a one dimensional polymeric chain involving supramolecular interactions. A significant non-classical hydrogen bonded supramolecular interaction is observed between Tl and equatorial hydrogen of the adjacent cyclohexyl ring at a distance of 2.962 Å.
