Studies on ferrocene derivatives. Part XVIII. Microwave irradiation effect on the ligand exchange reaction between ferrocene derivatives and aromatic compound

The significant accelerating effect for the ligand exchange reaction of ferrocenes was observed. This effect would be due to absorb microwave energy by the adduct between the ferrocene and Lewis acid.
