Ferrocene-modified guanosine derivatives: Synthesis and characterization

Stille and Sonogashira cross-coupling reactions of 8-bromoguanosine and tri-n-butylstannyl ferrocene or ethynylferrocene, respectively, results in the formation of the first ferrocene-guanosine conjugates.
