Association between ammonium monovanadate and β-cyclodextrin as seen by NMR and transport techniques

The paper presents data concerning NMR and transport data of association between β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) and ammonium monovanadate. These properties are markedly influenced by the presence of β-CD. Data from NMR spectroscopy and molecular mechanics calculations show that these effects are due to strong interactions between this carbohydrate and vanadate (2:1 complexes).
