Dielectric relaxation in double potassium yttrium orthophosphate K3Y(PO4)2 doped by ytterbium ions

► Dielectric relaxation in potassium yttrium orthophosphate doped by 1% and 5% of Yb3+ ions was investigated. ► Activated and non-activated processes were found. ► Activation energies for thermally activated processes were calculated. ► For other processes n and m coefficients were pointed out.
