Screening of free radical formation in crystals of guanosine by ESR study

► Two radical structures were formed under exposure to gamma-rays. ► Unpaired electrons produced by breaking of one of paired electrons of nitrogen atom and scission of N-H bond. ► Produced radical structures on guanosine irradiated were stable.
