Electrochemical electrodes of graphene-based carbon nanotubes grown by chemical vapor deposition
چکیده انگلیسی

We investigated graphene-based multi-walled carbon nanotube (GMWNT) electrodes grown by chemical vapor deposition. Graphene was grown on a SiO2/Si substrate and then carbon nanotubes were grown on top of the graphene. The electrochemical behavior of the GMWNTs and dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) performance were examined by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and by analyzing the I–V characteristics, respectively. Our results suggest that GMWNTs could be promising candidates for electrochemical electrodes to achieve high performance in DSSCs.
