One dimensional well-aligned CdO nanocrystal by solvothermal method

- Cadmium oxide (CdO) emerged as one of the important semiconducting materials.
- Iodine concentration increases intensity of the peak around 300 cm−1 becomes stronger.
- Surface morphology of these crystals has been modified by varying complexing agent.
- Nanofibers structure like CdO crystals first time achieved.
- The diameters of these nanofibers range mostly between 40 nm and 70 nm.
