Giant converse magnetoelectric effect of AlN-(Fe90Co10)78Si12B10 thin film composites

► Highly c-axis (0 0 2) oriented AlN thin film was obtained by heat treating. ► The (Fe90Co10)78Si12B10 was chosen as the magnetostrictive layer. ► The thin film composites have large CME response at low bias magnetic field. ► Induced magnetic induction B has good linear responses to driven Vac. ► The theoretical estimation has been done for CME response of thin films.
