Dielectric properties of Zr doped CaCu3Ti4O12 synthesized by sol-gel route

► Zr doped CaCu3Ti4O12 samples have been synthesized using sol-gel process. ► The particle size of the powder ranges from 47 to 85 nm. ► Less sintering at 1040 °C results in high density and high dielectric constant.
