Preparation of W- and Mo-doped VO2(M) by ethanol reduction of peroxovanadium complexes and their phase transition and optical switching properties

► W- and Mo-doped VO2(M) with a various doped contents were synthesized. ► The doped VO2(M) has a belt-like morphology. ► The Tc of doped VO2(M) can be simply tuned by changing the doping concentration. ► The doped VO2(M) has thermochromic characters and optical switching properties.
