Synthesis, crystalline perfection, optical and dielectric studies on metal-organic tri-allylthiourea cadmium chloride (ATCC) nonlinear optical single crystal by solution growth technique

► Bulk size ATCC single crystal was grown in an optimized pH value. ► The structural perfection of the grown crystal specimen is reported. ► The refractive index measurements for various laser wavelengths are studied. ► The dielectric properties for different temperatures are determined.
