Transparent conducting indium molybdenum oxide films by pulsed laser ablation

► Molybdenum oxide doping in indium oxide makes the film highly transparent and makes it electrical resistivity low. ► Optical and electrical properties of the film declines when Mo doping enhanced beyond 3 at.wt.%. ► The films show intense PL emission in the UV-visible region.
