چکیده انگلیسی
► Prime novelty of this study is the preparation of nanocrystalline SCC thin films for the first time. ► Temperature dependence of the DC electrical conductivity can be described by VR H model. ► The AC conductivity, σAC(ω) results have been discussed in terms of CBH model. ► Position dependent SCC thin film photo-detector has been studied by using laser diode source.
