Electrical characteristics of Li(Ni7/10Fe3/10)VO4 ceramics

▶ The compound [Li(Ni7/10Fe3/10)VO4] was synthesized by a solution-based chemical method. ▶ Structural, microstructural and electrical properties are studied using X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy and complex impedance spectroscopy techniques, respectively. ▶ Electrical conductivity study indicates that electrical conduction in the material is a thermally activated process.
