Grain and crystallite size evaluation of cryomilled pure copper

► Crystallite size of cryomilled copper is characterized by the modified Williamson-Hall method. ► The method takes into account the strain anisotropy induced by dislocations and planar faults. ► The calculated values of crystallite size are in very good agreement with the data obtained by TEM.
