Structural correlations of Ge20Se80−xTex glasses based on reverse Monte Carlo simulation

▶ The partial pair distribution function are calculated from RMC simulations. ▶ Homo Se-Se and Ge-Ge bonds are responsible for the presence of the intermediate-range order. ▶ The structure unit in the studied glasses is Ge(Se1/2)4 tetrahedra connected through Se-Se chains.
