Solid–liquid equilibria in the quasi-ternary system CdS–Ga2S3–GeS2

Phase equilibria in the quasi-ternary system CdS–Ga2S3–GeS2 were investigated using DTA, XRD and microstructure analysis. The diagrams of five vertical sections, a liquidus surface projection and an isothermal section at 670 K were constructed. No quaternary phases were discovered in the system. The character and the temperature of mono- and non-variant processes were established.
