Research on single machine SLK/DIF due window assignment problem with learning effect and deteriorating jobs

The aim of this note is to show by counter-examples that some results in a recent paper Wang et al. (2013) are incorrect for the slack due window assignment (usually referred to as SLK) method. We also provide corrected results.
