Curvilinear features in the southern hemisphere observed by Mars Global Surveyor Mars Orbiter Camera

► Frontal events were mainly in 210-300°E and 0-60°E around the polar cap. ► Frontal events were mainly observed during Ls = 140-250° and 340-60°. ► Wavenumber three traveling waves are important for streaks in late winter.
