Study of the correlation between the near-ground PM10 mass concentration and the aerosol optical depth

►We revise the correlation between near-ground PM10 concentrations and daily mean AOD. ► We introduce a new filtering procedure of the acquired data. ► We obtain very good linear regression of various local PM10 and AOD data filtered according the new procedure.
