The transport of spin electron through a right-angle graphene nanojunction is investigated by means of Landauer-Bütikker formalism and the nonequilibrium Green's function technique. We find that when the magnetization M=0 and the system is metallic, the width of the two leads satisfies NA=2NZâ1, the electrons completely tunneling at the Dirac point. When the magnetization Mâ 0, the system is metallic and in the parallel configuration, the sub-band selective rule leads to the conductance oscillations with the magnetization. When the system is semiconducting, the band gap leads to the disappearing of the insulating band and produces new oscillation. For the antiparallel configuration, only when the system is semiconducting, the conductance changes significantly compared to the parallel configuration.
