La première comporte des immunoglobulines, la seconde émane du chirurgien qui a suturé le tendon lésé et prévoit l’administration, en rappel, d’un vaccin combiné indiqué chez l’adulte pour la prévention conjointe de la diphtérie, du tétanos et de la poliomyélite.
