Current Policies for Geo-herbs Management and Some Proposals

In this paper, the issues and the obstacles in the current geo-herbs management are analyzed and a policy tendency corresponding to the management characteristics is presented, to establish an intellectual property-based system for the geo-herbs management. Some proposals are made for the establishment of multifunctional management units and for the step-by-step reform of geo-herbs management. The future development tendency of geo-herbs intellectual property-based management system is also predicted.
