Faut-il choisir entre le risque thrombotique et le risque hémorragique chez les brûlés par électrisation

Electrical burn causes arterial and vein thrombosis, as well as artery weakness. We report an arterial bleeding due to a spontaneous artery rupture after electrical burn. This case report illustrates the difficulty in the thromboprophylaxis choice in these circumstances.
