												چکیده انگلیسی
This section presents some examples of actions conducted at the country level to improve food offer towards a better adequacy to the recommendations and objectives of the Nutrition Health Policy (PNNS). These examples start from the initial offer (breast feeding), going to the food offer by industry (Voluntary Charters for Nutritional improvements) and some aspects of its regulation (Sanitary messages accompanying advertisings), through the food offer in collective catering, including school. A short focus is made on actions towards low-income groups, which also illustrates the relationship existing between various national health programs, such as Food and Insertion Program (presented here) or the Well Ageing Program. Finally, Public Authorities have recently established the Observatory of Food Quality; the methods and first results of this original structure are presented, underlining its interest for PNNS evaluation.
