Unterscheidung von Normvarianten, Artefakten und pathologischen Kurven beim Erwachsenen EEG

ZusammenfassungDas normale EEG Erwachsener besteht aus einer Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Aktivitäten, die als Normvarianten (μ-Wellen, Lambda Wellen, POSTS, 4/s Alpha Variante usw.) oftmals leicht mit pathologischen Mustern verwechselt werden können. Artefakte in ihrer mannigfaltigen Form und Gestalt können die Beurteilung des EEGs zusätzlich erschweren. In dieser Arbeit werden normale EEG Rhythmen des Erwachsenalters und die verschiedenen Normvarianten aufgezeigt. Eine strukturierte Artefakterkennung- und Beseitigung wird beschrieben.

SummaryThe normal adult EEG consists of a variety of activities (μ-wave, lambda waves, POSTS, 4/s alpha version) that are (to be interpret as) norm variants. These variants of the norm are easily confused with pathological patterns. Artefacts in their various shapes and forms may further complicate the assessment of the EEG. In this work, normal EEG rhythms of adult age and the different standard variants are shown. A structured artefact detection and elimination is described.
