Uncoupled Endothelial Nitric Oxide Synthase and Oxidative Stress in a Rat Model of Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension

These data suggest that increased superoxide production by NADPH oxidase, peroxynitrite degradation of BH4, and uncoupled eNOS contribute to endothelial dysfunction in a rat model of pregnancy-induced hypertension.
