Selected oxygen-dependent process—Response to soil management and tillage

Selected oxygen-related processes in soil are reviewed with regard to different soil management and tillage systems. The processes under consideration comprise gas transport in the atmosphere–plant–soil continuum, soil air composition, redox transformations under anoxic conditions and environmental consequences such as emission of trace greenhouse gases.
