Des douleurs à dormir debout…Méningoradiculite, une forme classique mais peu connue de neuroborréliose

The systemic presentation of Lyme disease can vary greatly; neurological disorders are common. The most frequent presentation of neuroborreliosis presentation corresponds to a textbook description of painful but often missed meningoradiculitis. We report the case of a young woman who suffered from thoracic radiculalgia, with a skin rash in the same territory. The presentation led to the diagnosis of Lyme meningoradiculitis. Neuroborreliosis diagnosis stems from clinical, epidemiological and biological criteria. Neurological symptoms can coexist with erythema migrans which should evoke the diagnosis.
