L'annonce du diagnostic d'un trouble psychogène « neuroforme »

The announcement of a psychogenic disorder diagnosis represents a challenging clinical situation, the quality of which is believed to strongly influence subsequent evolution and overall prognosis. Therefore, clinicians should promote a benevolent attitude, taking into account the presumed psychological mechanisms involved in each particular case. This paper proposes a method for diagnosis presentation, which can provide a general frame for clinicians involved in such situation.
