The purpose of the paper was to introduce the results of voice rehabilitation in specific post traumatic structural malformations of larynx. The voice estimation based on perceptual and objective acoustic analyses in comparison on glottis morphology. There was found that the voice quality not always depends on extension and degree of larynx damage.
