Thyroid toxicity after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Thyroid dysfunction after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma is frequent and requires systematic screening to begin adequate treatment earlier. Only gender has been identified as risk factor in univariate analysis in this study.
