Układ antykoagulacyjny białka C w ostrych białaczkach

Investigation was performed in 20 newly diagnosed patients with acute leukaemias. At the moment of diagnosis, plasma concentrations decrease of anticoagulation proteins, synthesised by the liver was observed. There was also noted an increase of sTM and significant decrease of sEPCR concentrations - markers of endothelial damage.
