Hémorragie sous-arachnoïdienne focale de la convexité

We describe three cases of focal convexity subarachnoid hemorrhage. Patients had signs of upper limb sensory migration that was spontaneously regressive and recurring over a few weeks. MRI enabled the diagnosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage limited to a few sulci. The etiology remained unclear in our patients. We suggest that amyloid angiopathy could be the cause of this pathology. Illustrating our discussion with these three cases, we examine the pathophysiology, exploration and etiological hypotheses of this recently described entity.
