Le syndrome de Currarino

Currarino syndrome is a malformation syndrome associating sacral agenesia, an anorectal malformation, and a presacral tumor. Imaging, especially MRI plays a major role in the diagnosis of this syndrome. We report the case of a 7-year-old girl and her 3-year-old brother presenting the association of an anorectal malformation, a sacral agenesia and a prerectal mass (meningocele) found in the triad of the Currarino syndrome. We propose a review of the literature.
