Rupture post-traumatique d'un kyste hydatique du foie : à propos de deux cas

Rupture of a hydatid cyst of the liver into the peritoneal cavity is a rare complication of echinococcosis. The clinical presentation is polymorphic. Generally ultrasonography and computed tomography can provide a precise diagnosis. Emergency treatment is mandatory. We report two cases where abdominal trauma led to rupture of an hydatid cyst.
