Lymphangiome kystique médiastinal compressif à révélation tardive

Mediastinal cystic lymphangiomas are rare and benign tumors. Most patients are asymptomatic. Symptoms may include dysphagia, dyspnea, or chest pain. The diagnosis can be suspected on the basis of medical imaging findings but histology is required for confirmation. Surgery should be considered the treatment of choice. Chemical sclerosis is only an alternative if surgery is not possible. We report a 64-year-old man with a mediastinal mass complicated with esophageal compression.
